The leading commercial variety for fresh and processing. The fruit is medium size, pyriform with smooth yellow skin. Flesh is distinctive, smooth, juicy, excellent for canning and fresh use. Tree is very adaptable, vigorous, and productive. Susceptible to fire blight and requires cross pollination.
