Apple-Honeycrisp

Height: 12-15’
Spacing: 20’ in rows, 25’ between rows
Habitat: Full sun. Moist, well drained soil.
Average Picking Dates: Mid September

Honeycrisp is a real crowd pleaser. The fruit is large and the skin is 50 - 90% red over yellow background. The flesh is cream colored and exceptionally crisp and juicy with a subacid flavor. Ripening date is about one week after McIntosh.
