The Ottawa Conservation District needs your help in our planning effort for the next five years. Your input is very important to us. By completing this survey you will help us formulate our priorities for the next several years. Please take a few minutes to complete this questionnaire.

All responses received by August 18, 2006 will be included in a DRAWING FOR A $25.00 GIFT CERTIFICATE that can be used toward your tree or native plant order, or for any other products we offer.

The Ottawa Conservation District’s mission is to become a Gateway to natural resource management helping people conserve, maintain and improve our natural resources and environment for future generations in Ottawa County.
